Encountering the reality of God in prayer is exciting. Prayer opens up spiritual resources to help us and guide us through life. We are learning to pray and encourage you to find time to pray with others. We meet every weekday morning at 9.30am for 20 minutes - come and join us.

After every Sunday service there are people available to pray with you (prayer ministry) and we are more than happy to pray with you at other times, the church is open Monday to Friday between 9.30am & 4.30pm. The Bulletin will give you details of other opportunities to meet with others for prayer.

We are happy to pray for you. You can send us a prayer request by emailing us at prayer@stjohnsblackheath.org.uk. All requests will be dealt with in confidence and prayed for by a member of the pastoral staff.

Daily Morning Prayers
Start the day with prayer. Join us at 9:30am Monday to Friday for 20 minutes as we come together and pray for our community, world and each other. All welcome.
Men’s Early Morning Prayer – Wednesday
Men’s early morning prayer each Wednesday from 7.15 – 7.45am in the Vestry room (entrance via door near War Memorial – East end of Church). All are welcome. Contact Nigel Freestone or Louis Alexander on 07946 507303.
